我們提供全球配送服務。由於網站目前尚未支援海外顧客直接結帳，請先透過 LINE、Email、Facebook、Instagram 或微信與我們聯繫，告訴我們您想購買的商品。

透過微信加好友時，請在申請訊息中註明「購買刀具」，以便我們辨識並接受您的申請。

運費與配送

請提供完整的收件人姓名、地址、郵遞區號、電話及 Email。我們會依照目的地與包裹尺寸、重量估算運費。可使用的配送方式包括 EMS 國際郵件、順豐速運及 DHL，實際可用方式與費用以確認訂單時提供的資訊為準。

各國進口稅金及相關費用由當地海關決定，我們無法事先準確估算。下單前，請先向您所在國家的海關確認可能產生的費用。

付款方式

確認商品及運費後，我們會提供該筆訂單專屬的信用卡付款連結，或提供 Wise 匯款資訊。信用卡付款使用台灣國泰世華銀行的金流服務。

How to Order

We ship worldwide. As our website does not currently support direct checkout for international customers, please contact us through LINE, email, Facebook, Instagram, or WeChat and let us know which items you would like to purchase.

If you add us on WeChat, please write “I would like to purchase a knife” in your friend request so we can identify and accept it.

Shipping and Import Charges

Please provide your full name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and email address. We will estimate shipping based on the destination and the size and weight of the package. Shipping may be available through EMS, SF Express, or DHL. We will confirm the available options and costs with you before payment.

Import taxes and related charges are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot accurately estimate these charges in advance, so please check with your country’s customs authority before ordering.

Payment

Once the items and shipping cost are confirmed, we will send you a credit card payment link for your order or provide the information needed to pay through Wise. Credit card payments use a payment service provided by Cathay United Bank in Taiwan.
