FHG 系列｜新型態壽司拌飯桶
傳統製作壽司醋飯，多會使用木製 飯切／半切（Hangiri） 進行翻拌。
而長谷川 FHG 系列則改以特殊樹脂製作，並在內部採用發泡樹脂結構，在大型尺寸下仍能控制整體重量。
桶身具有良好的防沾特性，米粒與污垢較不容易附著，使用完畢後的清洗與乾燥也更加方便。
對每天需要大量製作壽司飯的壽司店、日本料理店來說，能減少日常清潔與保養上的負擔。

比傳統木製飯桶更容易保養
木製飯桶需要特別注意使用後的清潔、乾燥與保存環境。

🍚 FHG Series | A Modern Approach to the Traditional Hangiri
Traditional sushi rice is commonly mixed and seasoned in a wooden Hangiri.
Hasegawa’s FHG series takes a different approach by using a specially engineered resin body with an internal foamed structure.
This construction helps keep the tub relatively lightweight even in larger commercial sizes.
The surface also offers excellent release properties, making rice grains and food residue less likely to stick.
After use, the tub is easy to wash and dries quickly.
For sushi restaurants and Japanese kitchens preparing large quantities of sushi rice every day, this can significantly reduce the time and effort required for cleaning and maintenance.
