專為壽司飯製作而設計

FSOG 系列是長谷川針對壽司飯攪拌、混合所設計的專用飯匙。

製作醋飯時，需要一邊將壽司醋均勻混入米飯，一邊翻動飯粒並協助散熱，因此飯匙是否容易沾飯、能不能順暢翻拌，都會直接影響操作效率。

FSOG 採用特殊樹脂材質與表面設計，米粒較不容易附著；搭配薄型匙頭，在大型飯桶中翻拌時更加輕巧，也方便處理桶身邊緣與角落的位置。

匙面上的波浪狀紋路，則有助於米飯與醋在翻拌過程中均勻混合。

🍣 Designed Specifically for Sushi Rice Preparation

The FSOG Series was developed by Hasegawa specifically for mixing and seasoning sushi rice.

When preparing sushi rice, the vinegar must be distributed evenly while the rice is gently folded and cooled at the same time.

Because of this, how easily the paddle moves through the rice—and how much rice sticks to its surface—can directly affect working efficiency.

The FSOG uses a specially engineered resin material and surface design to help reduce rice adhesion.

Combined with its thin paddle head, it feels lighter and more agile when working inside large Hangiri and makes it easier to reach the edges and corners of the tub.

The wave-pattern surface also helps promote even mixing of rice and vinegar throughout the folding process.
