刀具使用注意事項

  1. 請勿切冷凍食材或剁骨(剁刀及出刃刀例外),也不要重摔,以免刀刃崩口或斷裂。
  2. 使用後請用清水(可搭配洗碗精)與海綿清潔,並用毛巾擦乾。
  3. 對於易生鏽材質刀具,請使用後立即清潔並上防鏽油保養。
  4. 建議使用磨刀石保持刀刃鋒利。
  5. 請勿使用洗碗機或烘碗機清潔刀具。
  6. 避免刀具暴露於高溫或火源。
  7. 即使是不銹鋼材質,若保養不當也可能導致表面生鏽。

Knife Usage Instructions

  1. Do not use the knife to cut frozen food or bones (except for specialized knives like deba), and avoid dropping or applying excessive force to prevent chipping or breakage.
  2. After use, clean with water (mild dish soap optional) and a sponge, then dry thoroughly with a towel.
  3. For blades prone to rust, clean immediately after use and apply anti-rust oil for maintenance.
  4. Use a whetstone regularly to maintain sharpness.
  5. Do not clean the knife in a dishwasher or dryer.
  6. Avoid exposing the knife to high temperatures or direct flames.
  7. Even stainless steel knives may rust if not properly maintained.
