刀柄採用「艶朱色」塗漆設計,呈現濃烈且獨特的日本傳統色彩,同時使用日本木曽漆技術,賦予刀柄防水、耐久及抗菌功能。八角形刀柄設計經過精密調整,朝向刀刃部分稍微變細,讓握感更加舒適穩定,提升使用體驗。

However, the whitewood handle often darkens over time and traditionally requires replacement. To address the needs of overseas users who may find handle replacement challenging, master craftsman Junzetsu Momose collaborated with lacquerware artisans to create a lacquered handle that retains its beauty over extended use.
The handle is designed in the traditional Japanese "Tsuyashu-iro" (deep vermilion) lacquer, showcasing vivid aesthetics while employing Kiso lacquer technology. This innovation enhances the handle's durability by providing water resistance, antibacterial properties, and lasting beauty. The octagonal handle subtly tapers toward the blade, offering a comfortable and secure grip that improves handling during precise cutting tasks.
