・Born 1981, based in Sanjo City, Niigata, Japan
・Apprenticed under master Yoshiharu Fujiwara in 2011
・Established his own brand Mazaki Hamono in 2017, specializing in fully hand-forged Hon-San-Mai and Honyaki knives
