二唐鍛造所位於青森縣弘前市,源於江戶時代津輕藩的御用刀匠,自創立以來已有逾 350 年歷史,是日本極具代表性的傳統鍛造世家。

Usage & Care Instructions
✔ Do not cut frozen foods, bones, or drop the knife (except for Deba and chopping knives)
✔ Clean with water and a soft sponge immediately after use; wipe dry thoroughly
✔ Apply protective oil after each use for carbon steel blades
✔ Maintain sharpness with whetstones—avoid pull-through sharpeners
✔ Do not wash or dry in dishwasher
✔ Keep away from direct heat and open flame
✔ Even stainless steel can rust without proper care

🔮 About Nigara Hamono
Based in Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture, Nigara Hamono has over 350 years of forging history, originally commissioned as swordsmiths for the Tsugaru Clan during the Edo period. Today, they continue to uphold their heritage with world-class craftsmanship.

🔹 Anmon Pattern
Inspired by the Anmon Falls of Shirakami-Sanchi (a UNESCO World Heritage site), this distinctive ripple pattern is achieved by forging 25 layers of steel and iron, combined with a special acid-etching technique. The result is an aesthetically stunning and performance-driven blade.
