This Sujihiki (slicing knife) is forged by renowned Echizen blacksmith Takeshi Saji.

  • The core is made of R2 powdered steel, known for its excellent hardness and edge retention, and is clad in a striking black-dyed Damascus finish that enhances both performance and visual appeal.

Do not use on frozen food, bones, or hard impacts (except for deba or cleavers)
