🔨 職人介紹｜宮崎春生（Miyazaki Haruo）
來自長崎縣五島列島・福江島的年輕鍛冶職人（現年38歲）。
18歲起師承福岡縣「大庭鍛冶工場」的大庭利男師傅——全日本唯一製作與修復相撲「土俵鍬」的鍛造名匠，並擅長打造傳統「博多菜刀」與專業料理刀。
宮崎先生歷經 5 年半修行返鄉創業，並積極赴各地進修熱處理與精密鍛造技術，致力打造融合傳統與創新的職人刀具。

此刀結合江戶時代和鐵素材與現代鍛造技術，由宮崎先生親手鍛造與研磨。
刀身經過多層折返鍛鍊與特殊「扭轉鍛地」處理，展現出獨特紋理與自然古樸的視覺層次。
鋼芯採用白紙一號本割込，並以水燒入熱處理達成極致硬度與鋒利度，具備高保刃性。
另附原廠桐箱，適合收藏與贈禮。

🔨 About the Blacksmith｜Haruo Miyazaki
Based on Fukue Island in the Goto Islands (Nagasaki Prefecture), Haruo Miyazaki is a passionate bladesmith now 38 years old.
At 18, he began his training at Ōba Blacksmith Workshop in Fukuoka under master Toshio Ōba—Japan’s only active maker and restorer of traditional sumo “dohyō-kuwa” (clay-working tools).
Ōba is renowned for his Hakata knives and other specialized tools, receiving multiple honors including the Fukuoka Prefecture Award for Excellence in Traditional Crafts.
After 5.5 years of apprenticeship, Miyazaki returned to Goto and opened his forge. He continues to pursue technical perfection by refining his forging and heat treatment techniques across Japan.
