・出生地:新潟縣三條市
・生年:1981 年
・鍛刀歷程:2011 年起學藝,師承名匠 藤原良明,2017 年創立個人品牌「真崎打刃物」。

Mazaki 擅長「本三枚夾鋼」全手工鍛造工法,從軟鐵+鋼+軟鐵的原料階段親手鍛接,不同於市面常見的現成三層鋼刀,極具工藝價值與稀有性。

・From Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture
・Born in 1981
・Started forging in 2011 under master Yoshiyasu Fujiwara
・Founded his brand "Mazaki Knives" in 2017

Mazaki specializes in fully hand-forged Hon-sanmai construction — forging soft iron + steel + soft iron by hand from raw materials, unlike most commercial 3-layer steels. His knives are extremely rare and highly valued by professionals and collectors alike.
