來自新潟縣三條市,1981 年生,2011 年起開始鍛造生涯,師承藤原良明先生,並於 2017 年創立個人品牌「真崎打刃物」。

・作品多採用白二鋼、青紙鋼,硬度可達 HRC 62–66。
・特別強調從原材料開始的「本三枚鍛造」——手工將軟鐵+鋼+軟鐵三層鍛接,工序繁複,成本高、產量稀。

🔨 About the Blacksmith|Naoki Mazaki (真崎直樹)
Born in 1981 in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture. Trained under Yoshinobu Fujiwara and began forging in 2011. In 2017, he founded his own brand, Mazaki Hamono.
🔹 Craftsmanship Philosophy:
・Specializes in Shirogami #2 and Aogami steels, reaching HRC 62–66
・Famed for true hand-forged hon-sanmai construction, where soft iron and steel are manually forge-welded – not using pre-laminated stock
・Known for traditional finishes like Kurouchi (black-forged) and Nashiji (pear-skin) for a rustic, artisanal look
・Each knife is made entirely by hand, with limited production and long waitlists internationally
