創立於昭和初期，至今已有 70 餘年歷史，由第二代職人 増田健 承襲經營。
工坊專注於手工鍛造 木雕刀、大工刀具、剪刀、小刀 等傳統工具。

即便在材料與製刀方式不斷現代化的今天，増田切出工場 仍堅持使用傳統鍛造技術，透過多道純手工鍛煉工序，打造出耐用性極高的精品刀具。

這份對工藝的執著，正是增田家族數十年來技術傳承的精華所在。

Founded in the early Showa era, Masuda Kiridashi Factory has over 70 years of history.
Now led by second-generation blacksmith Masuda Ken, the workshop continues to specialize in handcrafted wood carving knives, kiridashi, and carpentry tools such as chisels and shears.

Despite modernization, the factory remains committed to traditional forge-welding methods, producing tools and blades with exceptional durability and artisanal quality.
