「鬼手佛心」系列為 Suisin 醉心品牌最高級的出刃刀款之一,由堺市傳統工藝士「富樫憲治」先生手工鍛造。

刀身採用 安來鋼 白紙二號(白二鋼),經「本霞研磨」+「細目木砥仕上」處理,展現霧面刀肌與俐落刃線,兼具鋒利度、韌性與實用性。

出自外科醫學界語彙:

「鬼手」象徵技術果斷俐落;「佛心」象徵慈悲仁心。

The "Kishu Bushin" series represents one of the highest-grade Deba knives by Suisin, hand-forged by Sakai’s traditional craftsman Kenji Togashi.
Crafted from Yasuki Shirogami #2 (White #2) steel, it features a hazy kasumi finish combined with fine wood-stone polishing, delivering a matte blade surface and sharp cutting edge that balance sharpness, durability, and functionality.

🪓 Name Origin|"Kishu Bushin" (鬼手仏心)
A term originally from the medical field, meaning:

  • Kishu” (鬼手) = Precision hands of a demon – skilled and decisive.

  • Bushin” (仏心) = Heart of a Buddha – compassionate and thoughtful.
    In culinary terms, it signifies the chef’s spirit: combining technical mastery with heartfelt intent to deliver exquisite cuisine.
