Over the years, we have meticulously inspected defective blades and conducted chemical analyses, sharing the data with artisans to enhance the precision of forging and sharpening. This accumulation has given us immense confidence.
While preserving the true tradition of Sakai cutlery, we also made improvements to meet modern needs, shaping our flagship "Kagekiro" series.
