🏯 關於二唐刃物鍛造所 Nigara Hamono
位於日本青森縣弘前市，傳承超過 350 年 的名門刀匠。
自江戶時代起為津輕藩御用鍛冶，專為武士鍛造日本刀。
現任第八代鍛冶師 吉澤剛（Tsuyoshi Yoshizawa），
將傳統鍛刀技術延伸至高端廚刀製作。
每一把二唐廚刀，皆蘊含 武士刀的莊嚴 × 廚刀的鋒利。

🏯 About Nigara Hamono (Aomori, Japan)
Located in Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture, Nigara Hamono carries over 350 years of forging tradition.
Since the Edo period, they have served as official swordsmiths of the Tsugaru domain, crafting samurai swords for the feudal lords.
The current 8th-generation smith, Tsuyoshi Yoshizawa, continues this legacy,
transforming traditional katana-forging techniques into the creation of modern high-end kitchen knives.
Each Nigara knife embodies the dignity of a samurai sword and the sharpness of a master chef’s blade.

Inspired by the Anmon Waterfalls of the UNESCO World Heritage site Shirakami Mountains.
Forged from 25 alternating layers of steel and iron, acid-etched in black to reveal a deep, mysterious shimmer.
