田中家族以鐮刀與農具鍛造起家,傳承歷史逾百年。

為深化工藝,田中誠貴曾前往福井縣「清水刃物」修業三年,
1999 年返鄉加入家族工房「田中一之刃物製作所」,
正式投入 手工料理刀鍛造,以細膩火候與粗獷紋理聞名國際。

🔨 About the Blacksmith|Shigeki Tanaka

A fourth-generation bladesmith from Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture,
originating from a family with over 100 years of forging history—initially producing sickles and agricultural tools.

To further refine his craft, Tanaka trained for three years at Shimizu Hamono in Fukui Prefecture,
and in 1999 returned home to join the family workshop, Tanaka Kazuyuki Blade Studio,
dedicating himself fully to crafting handmade kitchen knives.
