📌 A deposit is required for handcrafted custom knives to ensure a smooth production process.
📌 Handcrafted knives require significant time and effort to create. The deposit is not only a commitment to the order but also a recognition of the artisan's craftsmanship.
📌 If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as disruptions from Japanese knife makers or manufacturers, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of your deposit. We will contact you to provide your bank account details for the refund process.
✅ If you wish to upgrade your knife, such as opting for a premium handle, custom sheath, or other enhancements, an additional payment (final payment) may be required.
🔹 All Japanese octagonal-handle knife models in our store can be upgraded with a new handle, with prices varying based on materials.
📌 We recommend selecting your preferred blade first, then choosing a matching handle. We offer bundle discounts for combined purchases.
