🏯 關於「郷右馬允義弘」的由來(摘要)

  • 堺鍛冶傳承:鍛鐵技術自古墳時代傳入堺,歷經平安、室町至江戶,發展出出刃等專業料理刀。

  • 名刀三作(《亨保名物帳》):
    「正宗」「吉光」「郷右馬允義弘」——無此三名刀者,難稱大名家。

  • 正國的故事:正國追尋義弘刀風,夢見龜化鶴飛往北陸,遂全心製刀,最終自稱「郷右馬允義弘」,傳承其名號。

  • 品牌沿革:至昭和 25 年(1950),第三代博次正式將「郷右馬允義弘」註冊為山脇刃物製作所代表品牌,延續至今。

🏯 About “Gōyuuma no Jō Yoshihiro” (Brief History)

  • Sakai lineage: Iron forging reached Sakai in the Kofun period and evolved through Heian, Muromachi, and Edo eras, giving rise to specialized culinary knives such as the deba.

  • The “Three Great Blades” (Kyōhō Meibutsu-chō): Masamune, Yoshimitsu, and Gōyuuma no Jō Yoshihiro—names synonymous with top-tier craftsmanship.

  • The legend of Masakuni: Pursuing the Yoshihiro style, he devoted himself fully to forging after a revelatory dream, ultimately adopting the name Gōyuuma no Jō Yoshihiro—a title passed down exclusively within this lineage.

  • Modern era: In 1950, the third generation officially registered Gōyuuma no Jō Yoshihiro as the representative brand of Yamawaki Hamono, continuing to this day.
